First go to http://your-freedom.net and register a free a/c at your freedom and then goto downloads and download the YF client ( software) specified there..........after tht just follow the screen shots given below.......and also configure your browser to use proxy as local host and port as 8080.
the following window will appear when you click on configure button in the main window...

above you will see me using the server ems09 coz tht one works for me with great speed........you can use any from 01 to 35 which can be faster for u.....
remember YF can be used for only 6 hr's a day tht too rotating the server's after every1 hr okk.....if you exceed the limit then you will be made to log in completely after a day okk.....
